Client was visiting Pittsburgh for his bachelor party and taken to the local casino. Not being from the area, client was unfamiliar with his surroundings. Client had too much to drink and begin to wander around the casino looking for the restroom. After failing to find the restroom, client begin to urinate in the hallway of the casino. When approached by officers, client begin to flee running in the general direction of the garage.
Client was eventually captured by security and all events were recorded on video surveillance. Client was escorted from the casino, asked not to return and later served with two citations for disorderly conduct and defiant trespass.
Client was embarrassed, nervous and downright terrified of the criminal charges as he had never been in any trouble his entire life. More importantly, he received the charges just days before his wedding date.
