Defendant was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault,
disorderly conduct,
Resisting Arrest,
Public Drunkenness and Purchasing Alcohol by a minor stemming from an incident where he allegedly possessed alcohol on school property at his Pittsburgh area High School. When approached by school officials and local authorities, the Defendant purportedly resisted arrest and fought with arresting officers.
Defendant was arrested and charged with the numerous offenses and contacted our law firm for representation.
