The longest allowable minimum sentence for a Misdemeanor of the First Degree is Two and a Half (2 1/2) years in a Pennsylvania State Correctional Facility. The longest allowable maximum sentence for a Misdemeanor of the First Degree is Five (5) years. The Maximum fine for a Misdemeanor of the First Degree is $10,000.00.
