Attorney Walker has gained his valuable experience serving as Senior Counsel for the Allegheny County Office of Conflict Counsel, where he successfully defended clients in numerous Jury and Non-Jury Trials on charges of Homicide, Rape, Sexual Assault, Possession of Controlled Substances, Possession with Intent to Deliver, DUI, Probation Violations, Aggravated Assault Charges, Firearm Offenses, Domestic Violence and many other offenses.

Attorney Walker has also successfully petitioned the Judges on the Allegheny County Court of Common Pleas to transfer or decertify a juvenile from adult court when charges with offenses under ACT 33. Such decertification process permitted the juvenile to avail themselves of the resources of the Family Division of the Allegheny County Court system instead of the juvenile facing a mandatory prison sentence for allegedly committing an adult offense.

While serving as a Trial attorney at a Pittsburgh Law Firm, Attorney Walker focused on Medical Malpractice Cases, Wrongful Death Lawsuits, Personal Injury Cases and Excessive Force Lawsuits. In such cases, Attorney Walker and his staff researched numerous claims, performed hundreds of client consultations and decided which cases had the merit to move forward with jury selection and advised clients when a settlement was the best option to resolve the case.

Finally, Attorney Walker has represented clients in appeals to the Superior Court of Pennsylvania, the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and client seeking relief pursuant to the Post Conviction Relief Act (PCRA).
